My Review:
This is a fabulous middle grade mystery! I loved every minute of it, and found myself not wanting to put it down. It was a great mystery that kept you intrigued, yet not scared. I loved that it took place in Rome as well. Italy is my favorite country, so that was definitely an added bonus.
I enjoyed getting to know Beatrice and how brave she was for just thirteen years old. I am normally not a history person, but she made me excited to learn more about the history that she was discovering. It was written in a way that make me want to keep reading!
