Book Description
I grab her exploring finger just as it reaches my happy trail—a trail that if I let her wander down further will lead us to do things we can’t take back. Things like three-word phrases being confessed that would end me if I was rejected. Things like selfishly wanting to own her body and doing things to her that would make my fantasies blush. And things like making her promises too soon that won’t do either of us any good. She makes me want a future that’s not possible, and one I don’t deserve.
Listening to my ego got me into this situation. Will listening to my heart get me out?
My Review:
This was a really fun book to read. There was so much romance, and I loved every minute of it! Their relationship felt so real. I could not put this book down.
I loved the side characters in this book. I felt like they really helped add substance to the story, more than just this awesome romance. They brought the story back to real life, while still keeping it fun and interesting for the readers.
My main problems with this book were that first, the Noah “problem” never got resolved. I would have liked to know where that ended up. The second thing I didn’t really like was the ending of the book. It wasn’t really the happy ending I was looking for. However, after reading the book I learned that there will be a second book in this series. So, these things may be addressed in the next book, which I am definitely looking forward to reading.
